RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any return request must be communicated to us within 15 days of receipt of the items. Upon receipt of the returned items and evaluation by our internal warehouse team, we will complete the refund within 15 days.
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you via the email address you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed with the remaining items in your order.
We will not provide a substitute product unless expressly authorized by you.
Products purchased online can only be returned to our e-commerce store through the specified channels.
We only accept returns or exchanges of products purchased online at the Joss Blake point of sale in Mairena del Alcor, Spain.

Joss Blake allows returns within 15 days from the day of purchase at www.jossblake.com.
Unless the item is defective, the cost of return is your responsibility, and each customer must choose their preferred courier company when booking a return. When booking a return shipment to our warehouse, please make sure it is marked "RETURN" on the package.
